Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 days using U.S.P.S. Flat rate shipping fee of $7 applies to orders shipping to within the U.S.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, UK, EU. Flat rate shipping fee of $7 applies to international orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Studio Carla Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at carla@studiocarlaart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
