Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order. You'll receive an email with tracking once it's on its way.
SHIPPING RATES
All orders ship from Marbella, Spain, to Europe, the UK, the US and Canada at a flat rate:
- Artwork: €25
- All other products: €15
If your order includes both artwork and other products, both rates apply (€40 total).
DELIVERY TIMES
We ship with Correos España. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Spain: [3-5] business days
- Europe and UK: [5-8] business days
- US and Canada: [10-15] business days
DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders to EU countries have no import duties. Orders to the UK, Canada and non-EU European countries may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility. For orders to the United States, all import duties are prepaid by us. You won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please email carla@studiocarlaart.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these case by case and will work with you to find a fair solution.
